Exhibitor RequirementsExhibit HoursExhibits must be open on 4/28/11 9:30 AM until 7:00 PM, with set-up accomplished from 7:00-9:30 AM and take-down completed by 8:00 PM. Exhibitor Check-In will be open from 7:00-8:30 AM. $250 Exhibitor Fee Includes
Exhibit Electrical OutletsA limited number of electrical outlets are available at no charge. Electricity must be requested at the time of exhibitor registration and will be assigned on a first-registered, first-reserved basis. Exhibitor Check-InExhibitor Check-In will begin at 7:00 AM and end at 8:30 AM. All Exhibitors must enter through the loading dock door (side of Exploration Hall), check in and pick up badge(s) at the table near it, and then load in through the dock. Exhibit Load In & Break DownLoad in and break down are through the dock on the side of Exploration Hall. Exhibitor load in will begin at 7:00 AM. Exhibitors are requested to be completely set and ready by 9:30 AM. Please park all vehicles around the back side of the building once load in is complete. Exhibitor table breakdown is not allowed before 7:00 PM and must be completed by 8:00 PM. Promotional GiveawaysPut your logo in every attendee's hands via a creative imprinted promotional product. Need ideas or a connection to a promotional imprinter? Contact Event Manager, Aida Spalding of Aida's Events. Exhibitor Gift Card TreeAs an extra incentive for attendees to visit every Exhibitor, there will be a Gift Card Tree in the Exhibit Hall. All Exhibitors are encouraged to provide a gift card with a minimum value of $25. The gift card may be for a product/service of the Exhibitor’s own business or a card from another company (examples: Staples, Starbucks, restaurants, VISA). The Exhibitor’s business card will be attached to his/her gift card and both will be hung on the tree. Every event attendee will receive an Exhibitor Visit Card at check-in and will be asked to obtain an Exhibitor’s signature at each exhibit table. Fully-signed Exhibitor Visit Cards will be placed in a glass bowl for periodic drawings throughout the day. All gift cards will be given away by close of the evening mixer. Contact Event Manager if you would like to donate a gift card, which should be mailed to her no later than April 20, 2011. It is up to you to determine the actual value of a product/service of your own business given via a gift card. You should consult your tax advisor to determine the deductibility of it. Please read "Terms and Conditions" on Exhibitor Registration. Register for the Event any Exhibitor representative in excess of two for Exhibitors with a full table or one for Exhibitors with a half table.
