Silent Auction Winners

Silent Auction items will be available for pick up by the highest bidder at 6:15 PM on April 28, during the event.
Items not picked up that night can be picked up at the Loudoun SBDC Office during the following hours:

  • MON, May 2 (3:00-6:00 PM)
  • TUE, May 3 (2:00-5:00 PM)
  • FRI, May 6 (9:00-11:30 AM)

Please try to pick up your item during one of the above periods. From May 9-27 (excluding weekends), you may pick up the item at the Loudoun SBDC Office by appointment only during the hours of 9:30 AM-5:00 PM. Phone the Center (703-430-7222) to set a time when staff are available for this pickup.

After 5:00 PM on Friday, May 27, any items not picked up become the property of the Loudoun SBDC.

The silent auction has four donation levels:

  • Level 1: $500 or greater value
    Premium signage with company name & logo, premium online & event brochure listings

  • Level 2: $100 - $499 value
    Signage with company name & logo, online & event brochure listings

  • Level 3: $25 - $99 value
    Signage with company name & logo, online & event brochure listings
    Items may be bundled at the discretion of the Loudoun SBDC

It is up to you to determine the actual value of your gift. You should consult your tax advisor to determine the deductibility of your gift.

For all Silent Auction donation forms received by 5:00PM on Monday, April 18, 2011, donation information will be listed in the Silent Auction section of the event brochure and, if you wish, will also be offered for preview on the event website. Please provide information exactly as you would like it to appear in the event brochure.

Terms and Conditions

The Loudoun Small Business Development Center, Inc. will make every attempt to include all Silent Auction donations in the event. As a result of limited space and time, it may not be possible to accept all donations. The Loudoun SBDC reserves the right to exclude Silent Auction donations which it deems inappropriate.

Commitment: By completing this Silent Auction donation form, you are indicating that, upon Loudoun SBDC acceptance, you will donate as indicated.

Loudoun SBDC must receive this Silent Auction donation form, a digital image of your donated item (if you desire online preview of it), and your company logo by 5:00PM on Monday, April 18, 2011. Logos and item images should be in full-color, camera-ready art, file type 300 dpi (high resolution) and in .tif, .png, .bmp or .jpg format. Email them to Event Manager. Logos and item images received after 5:00PM on Monday, April 18, 2011 will not be published online.
